What is different about 7 Sky Spa?

7 Sky Spa is a Luxury City Spa offering a wide range of exotic and authentic Balinese treatments. Apart from the traditional massages, and aromatic body wrappings, you can treat yourself to the luxurious hammam treatments, pioneer facial treatment that includes an active clay mask for your back, and a choice of toning, firming, and slimming treatments with proven clinical results from Phytomer.

Most of our rooms are double, so you can have the same or different treatments together with a friend of a partner. We also offer couples packages where we decorate the room for a romantic ambiance, and serve you a bottle of wine or champagne along with some light snacks to enjoy in the privacy of your own room after the treatment.

What are your working hours?

We are open every day of the week from 9am to 10:30pm.

How to pick the perfect treatment?

The best way to pick a treatment is by calling one of our very knowledgeable receptionists at 020 4547 4567. We will ask you the right questions to determine what treatment would be most suitable for your mood, physical needs, or occasion.

What facilities do you have at the spa?

The SPA has 7 treatment rooms including a Hammam, 4 double rooms, a Thai room, and a single room. Every room is equipped with your own private shower, a relaxation area where you can have our complimentary drinks and snacks after every treatment, and essentials such as a make up removal kits, a hairdryer, male and female antiperspirant, single use hair brushes, and a large mirror.

Can I take a shower before or after the treatment?

Of course! We have a shower in every single treatment room. If you would like to shower before or after the treatment, you are always welcome to do so. This comes at no extra charge, and does not reduce the length of the actual treatment up to 10 minutes of using the showers.

What if I feel uncomfortable about something during the treatment?

If there is anything at all that you feel uncomfortable about, please ask the therapist to call the receptionist. We have a button in every room that when pressed, calls the receptionist to come immediately.

What is your refund policy?

We refund 100% of the funds if the cancelation is done 24 hours prior to the booking, or reschedule a booking 16 hours prior to the booking. We do not refund gift/club cards. If you didn’t like you treatment, we will refund you the full amount if you interrupted the treatment half way through or earlier.
